1988
Birth of the Franco-Moroccan family group Azura and creation of a first tomato production unit in Agadir, Morocco.
1996
Integration of the sector and quality control: Azura has joined forces with the Grow Group to create “IN Nursery”, a company dedicated to the production of rootstocks for the tomato market.
1998
Environment & biological pest control: establishment of a partnership with BioBest, a company specialized in the production of auxiliary insects for the biological protection of crops.
2002
Taste & Quality at the heart of our diversification: cultivation of fresh aromatic herbs and edible flowers for a professional clientele.
2003
Extension of the Perpignan (France) logistics platform (8000 m2, 150 people)
2015
Creation of the Azura Association, for the benefit of social and environmental projects.
2016
Creation of Azura Aquaculture.
2019
Azura launches Baby Plum Tomatoes certified Pesticide Residue Free.
2020
Azura becomes the first tomato producer and supplier to supermarkets to become 100% carbon neutral
