Aromatic Herbs
Azura cultivates a wide variety of fresh aromatic herbs that will bring sunshine to your dishes: basil, chives, dill, mint... an array of fragrances and flavors to appeal to all gourmets! These fresh herbs are grown in our greenhouses and picked by hand in the morning.
This range is sold exclusively to wholesalers, who then deliver to your usual supermarkets and supercenters as well as catering businesses.
Do you know the benefits associated with herbs?
Basil
Native to India and Asia, basil is grown only in summer and can be eaten at any time of the day, in salads, on tomatoes, pasta, etc. Always add it at the end of cooking because it loses some of its taste when cooking.
Chives
Chives contain vitamins C, B2 and K, calcium, sodium, phosphorus, and iron. Beneficial for blood circulation, they protect against premature aging.
Dill
Also called "false anise", dill is sought after for its very aromatic leaves and seeds. Rich in potassium and sodium, dill is excellent for digestion.
Mint
Mint also has digestive virtues, thanks to its concentration in iron and vitamin C. It is used in many dishes (starter, main course, dessert) but also in hot or cold drinks.
Coriander
Coriander has been known since ancient times; it is eaten fresh to flavor fish, poultry, soups or tomato-based sauces. Freshly chopped coriander leaves can be frozen in an ice cube tray covered with water.
